General Committee Rules
Chairperson: Each committee will have a chairperson nominated by the Executive Committee (EC) to preside over the affairs of the committee.
Meeting Frequency: Committees are free to determine their meeting frequency based on their workload, goals, and priorities. However, committees should meet at least once every two months to follow up on projects.
Collaboration and Assistance: Committees may invite other APPNA members or collaborate with non-members to meet their goals.
Reporting: Committees are encouraged to document their activities by recording meeting minutes, capturing videos, or taking photos of any committee-initiated events whenever possible. These records should be shared with the Executive Committee (EC) or the Communication Committee to keep the membership informed and engaged. This documentation will also help present committee activities and achievements at the annual APPNA Pediatrics meeting, ensuring recognition of their contributions and fostering further collaboration.

- Resources for USMLE & Match Process: Create materials and webinars to help graduates prepare for the USMLE, navigate the ERAS and SOAP processes, and improve their residency application competitiveness.

Neonatology Committee
This committee will work towards reducing perinatal mortality in Pakistan by gathering neonatologists working in North America, holding meetings with neonatologists in Pakistan, and adopting measures to reduce mortality at the hospital, district, and village levels.
It will also facilitate the rollout of the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) in collaboration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP).
